According to data from the National Postal Administration, in the first half of 2022, the cumulative business volume of domestic express delivery service enterprises completed 51.22 billion orders, an increase of 3.7% year-on-year. It is very difficult to achieve counter trend growth in the context of the epidemic. And for every 100 parcels sent by express delivery companies, nearly half of them need to use express bags for packaging, so express bags have become an important product in the packaging industry. Today, I will introduce to you how express delivery bags are produced.
Firstly, blow molding. The materials used for blow molding express bags mainly include LDPE, HDPE, masterbatch, etc. Blow these materials through a three-layer co extrusion film blowing machine in a courier bag, and blow them into a single roll film or a double-layer tube material;
Then there is printing, where the blown express bag roll film and cylinder material are printed with various patterns and texts through printing technology. The equipment used for printing is a gravure printing machine (copperplate printing machine) or a relief printing machine (offset printing machine);
Finally, there is bag making. Currently, most of the express bags used come with a strip of glue, and there are also express bags used with fully automatic packaging machines that do not use glue. The bag making machines used also vary.
